Job Title: Customer Support Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Core Objectives:

  • Provide timely and effective support to Mandarin-speaking food merchants.
  • Resolve merchant’s inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience and maintain high merchants’ satisfaction.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in handling customer service.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).

Additional Details:

Location: 1st Avenue, Bandar Utama

Work Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - RM3,000.00

Contract: 12 Month (Renewable upon performance)

Benefit: -

  • Language Allowance: RM 300
  • Shift Allowances: RM 500
