- Resolve merchant’s inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years’ experience in handling customer service.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Additional Details:
Location: 1st Avenue, Bandar Utama
Work Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shift
Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - RM3,000.00
Contract: 12 Month (Renewable upon performance)
