Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead employee training and professional development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging, impactful learning experiences that align with our business goals. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to drive talent development strategies, shape organizational culture, and elevate employee performance.

Job Responsibilities

· Assess Learning Needs: Partner with department heads and managers to assess learning needs across the organization, ensuring that training initiatives align with business goals.

· Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive, engaging, and interactive training programs that address skill gaps and support career development.

· Learning Delivery: Facilitate training sessions that engage employees and foster an interactive learning environment.

· Program Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously refine content to ensure it meets evolving business needs.

· Employee Development: Support employees in their learning journey by providing coaching and development resources to enhance both technical and soft skills.

· Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all training initiatives adhere to legal and industry standards, and that employees are up to date on required certifications or compliance-related training.

· Learning Management System (LMS): Manage the LMS, track employee progress, and ensure that training records are up to date.

· Talent Development Strategy: Contribute to the broader talent management and succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and designing programs to support their growth.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.

· 4-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in learning and development, training coordination in manufacturing

· Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

· Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

· A passion for employee development and creating positive learning experiences.

· Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

· A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

· Knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.

· Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and HACCP is a must.
