  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Experiment with new recipes to create innovative bakery products.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all products.

Inventory and Supplies:

  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
  • Minimize waste through proper storage and usage of ingredients.

Kitchen Hygiene:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Preferable Mandarin speaker.
  • Passionate about baking and dessert creation.
  • Having the ability to making a variety of cakes, such as cheesecakes, sponge cakes. Swiss roll, layered cakes, as well as other patisserie items like tarts, éclairs, and macarons, is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Positive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results.
