  • Responsible for the overall co-ordination and supervision of sanitation and maintenance of all operating equipment and Food and Beverage Department back of the house area.
  • To direct the activities of the Stewarding Department to maintain and improve quality, service productivity and reduce operating equipment and other costs.
  • To supervise pest control personally with contractor. 4. To check the work performance of the personnel in the department.
  • To set up monthly duty roster for the staff and check the daily function which request extra staff.
  • To submit to the General Manager the requirements of the annual budget.
  • To follow up on ordering and delivering after approval.
  • To set up bi-annual inventory.
  • To keep a record of breakage of equipment and reports to General Manager monthly.
  • To control ordering of storage and usage of detergents.
  • To train personnel.
  • To liaise with Restaurant Managers, Banquet Managers and Chef as to operating equipment par stock and ensure proper mise-en-place being supplied to the outlets and kitchens.
  • To submit to the Hotel manager - Monthly breakage report and Monthly detergent consumption
  • To receive and check quantity, quality and storage of newly purchased operating equipment.
  • To ensure proper sanitation standard is met by local health authority.
  • Perform duties common to all Supervisors and other duties as may be assigned

Pay: From RM3,733.00 per month
