Account Executive (Part-Time/Freelance)
About the Tasks
1. Full Set of Accounts Management: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Daily Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliation, and account monitoring to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare daily cash flow forecasts to support effective treasury management and ensure liquidity.
4. Monthly Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis on data, and highlight key financial insights to support decision-making.
5. Ad Hoc Reports: Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by the management team to assist with strategic planning and decision-making.
6. External Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and tax agents, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with regulations.
About You
1. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related professional qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of accounting-related experience.
3. Strong Mandarin reading and speaking skills will be an added advantage.

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
