Sales Consultant for Academic Research
Responsibilities:
Understanding the processes of the Journal/ Thesis/ Article/ Manuscript Proofreading Process.
Dealing with the client (sales, client request, maintaning an after-sales relationship with the clients)
Prepare quotation/ invoice/ receipt for clients
Be part of the sales team in identifying opportunities with new and existing clients
Handling internal after-sales process (full process)
Updating and maintaning the company database in an orderly manner
Ad-hoc task related to sales
Cold calling tasks
Salary:
RM 2,000 to RM 3,500 (NEGOTIABLE based on your experiences)
Working hours:
Monday-Friday: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
Saturday: Minimum Twice/ month

Open for Degree/ Master holders.

Knowledge in Postgraduate Research Journey and research Framework (Master and PhD)- ADDED ADVANTAGE
Excellent communication skills, English and Malay (both in writing and conversation)
Able to deliver exceptional customer services
Knowledge in SCOPUS and WoS - ADDED ADVANTAGE
Microsoft Excel Pro-level skills would be a HUGE advantage.
NO PERSONAL PHONE USAGE during WORKING HOURS. A business phone will be given, and family members can be contacted for emergencies.
Highly organized and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Problem-solving and ability to use own initiative
