Job Summary: 1. Develop and implement production, material, and outsourcing plans. 2. Monitor and control production, material, and outsourcing progress to ensure the completion of planned tasks. 3. Manage production costs effectively. 4. Enforce production process discipline, oversee the implementation of production workflows, and ensure product quality. 5. Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the execution of 5S practices on-site. Responsibilities: 1. Under the leadership of the Operations Director, oversee the overall operations of the Production Planning Department. 2. Participate in order reviews led by the Sales Department, understanding general and special requirements of customer orders. 3. Collaborate with the Sales Department to create the company’s Monthly Shipment Plan based on the Production Order Form. 4. Organize and draft the Monthly and Weekly Production Plans, Material Requirement Plans, Material Procurement Plans, and Outsourcing Plans with relevant personnel based on the Monthly Shipment Plan. 5. Coordinate with team leaders to prepare monthly and weekly production plans for each workshop. 6. Monitor material inventory, procurement progress, and outsourcing production schedules to ensure timely material and outsourcing availability for production. 7. Track and control production progress in each workshop to ensure alignment with planned schedules. 8. Organize pre-production evaluations for new products, supervise workshops’ adherence to production workflows and technical requirements, and ensure product quality during production. 9. Assist the General Manager in periodic evaluations of suppliers and outsourcing factories, including their quality, production capacity, and pricing, to ensure they meet the company’s needs and production schedule requirements. 10. Strictly implement Material Consumption Standards, reducing waste in material procurement, management, on-site production, and auxiliary materials. Minimize stoppages, rework, and idle time to lower production and outsourcing costs. 11. Organize evaluations, assessments, and implementation of process standards and material consumption quotas, and provide feedback and tracking for improvements. Supervise the execution of these standards on-site. 12. Analyze statistical data on production, quality, materials, and personnel within the department. 13. Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the implementation of 5S practices on-site. 14. Ensure proper training for workshop employees, address their work-related issues, and develop strategies to boost morale, increase engagement, and enhance productivity. 15. Supervise the maintenance and repair of workshop production equipment, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. 16. Monitor and enforce the company’s rules and regulations in workshops and departments. 17. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors promptly. Requirements: • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Business management or related fields • Work Experience: At least 2 years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the furniture industry is preferred. • Knowledge: Proficiency in production management and furniture industry expertise. • Ability to apply production management knowledge to establish and improve production management systems. • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficiency in OFFICE software and other relevant tools.
