Job Summary: Responsible for quality inspection of raw materials and outsourced items before warehouse entry. Execute the process standards for raw materials and outsourced items, handle non-conforming materials during inspection, and maintain records for reporting to the supervisor. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Conduct inspection and acceptance of all materials before warehouse entry in accordance with the company’s incoming inspection standards. 2. Strictly follow the company’s established incoming inspection procedures. Identify and record quality issues in incoming and outsourced products. 3. Handle non-conforming materials through rejection, return, or acceptance with conditions. 4. Analyze the quality, acceptance rate, and return status of incoming materials and evaluate the delivery quality of outsourced and raw material suppliers. 5. Escalate major issues to higher levels promptly to ensure quick resolution. 6. Assist the Materials Department with quality identification work. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements • Education: Technical or vocational diploma or higher • At least 1 year of experience in quality management or 2 years of experience in inspection work. • Proficient in the use, performance, and application range of professional inspection tools. • Familiar with quality management, technical management, and the use of quality tools. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a high sense of responsibility.
