1. To plan and organize accordance to the Master Schedule. 2. Overall development and cost implications of all projects under your charge. Focus on sites and technical construction method. 3. Checks for preliminary, conceptual, construction, submission and revised drawings for all projects based on the aspects of construction methods, cost efficiency and engineering design justification. Review structural drawings. Prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultant for inspection. 4. Liaise with relevant authorities, government bodies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and related departments. 5. Supervise and monitor sub-contractors' work progress. Carry out quality inspection for work done by subcontractors at the site and maintain records. 6. Responsible to represent the developer on the issuance of various drawings to the main contractor, QS, procurement, Management Corporation, consultants, and relevant authorities. 7. Arrange and conduct sub-contractor meetings and attend other technical interface meetings with consultants and/or other relevant parties. 8. Manage overall development planning, coordination and control of projects from initiation, planning, execution, control and monitor and completion. 9. Assist the project team to evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, Variation Order (VO) claims, concurrent delays and to prepare the recommendation report. 10. Ensure applicable environmental responsibilities or authorities for relevant roles within its department are assigned, communicated and maintained as documented information. 11. Monitor, control and continuously improve quality, environmental and safety and health performance at the project site. 12. To coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 13. Update and brief Management on development progress and receive feedback for follow – on implementation. 14. To chair project meetings and another relevant meetings. 15. Ensure departmental environmental sustainability target/ KPI are monitors and reported periodically to respective GM. 16. Arrange for proper final project hand over to the clients/concerned authorities. 17. To ensure construction work are completed within their contract value and to reduce the occurrence of variation orders entailing additional cost. 18. Provide guidance and supervise senior executive / executive and supervise general clerk. 19.
