Finance Officer

Job Requirements: 1. Fresh graduate eligible to apply 2. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration or in related field 3. Atleast 1 year experience 4. Outstanding communication skill and ability with finance and non-finance teams 5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Job Descriptions: 1. Oversee daily payments to vendors, employees, or contractors, and ensure receipts are accurately recorded. 2. Monitor the daily cash position, ensuring there are sufficient funds for operations. 3. Track and manage small day-to-day expenditures, ensuring receipts and records are properly kept. 4. Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and payments to ensure deadlines are met. 5. Communicate with other departments (e.g., HR, procurement) to ensure that financial information and documentation are accurately processed. 6. Handle any financial inquiries from employees, including payment queries or invoice discrepancies. 7. Ensure that proper internal controls are followed to prevent errors or fraud. 8. If applicable, assist with processing employee salaries or reimbursements, ensuring that payroll records are accurate. 9.
