Organize skills development programs, including for specialized roles such as kinesiology tape production or packaging. Employee Relations Foster a positive working environment and address workplace concerns effectively. Manage disciplinary actions and grievances in compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Performance and Compliance Establish a performance appraisal system focusing on efficiency and quality, critical in medical manufacturing. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and standards related to the medical device industry. Health and Safety Collaborate with the safety department to implement occupational health and safety protocols. Conduct regular audits to ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards are maintained, especially in sterile production areas. Compensation and Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation packages for both factory and office staff. Ensure payroll accuracy and timely distribution of wages. Workforce Analytics and Reporting Use data-driven insights to track employee performance, productivity, and turnover. Provide regular reports on HR metrics to management. Cultural and Legal Alignment Promote a culture of accountability and excellence. Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws, specifically related to manufacturing and medical devices. Qualifications Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Certification in labor law or compliance is a plus. Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare industries.
