Duties and responsibilities • Perform bookkeeping and general accounting • Data entry and daily accounts recording • Prepare monthly cash flows and all reconciliations, P&L and Balance Sheet • e-Invoicing and taxation compliance • Liaise with the auditors, company secretary, trust company and tax agent • Perform ad hoc tasks or assignments when required Skills and qualifications • Holds at least a recognised diploma or degree in Accounting and Finance • Candidates with minimum of 2 years with relevant working experience in accounting environment will have an advantage • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organised and detail-orientated in the review of documents and verification of information/documentation • Must have extremely administration and problem solving skills • Excellent team player and ability to work effectively under pressure • Ability to maintain high confidentiality, work with minimal supervision • Computer literacy
