Station Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the transportation of buses from Johor Bahru (JB) to Singapore (SG). Key Responsibilities: Control and monitor the movement of buses between JB and SG, ensuring timely departures and arrivals. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and policies during cross-border operations. Maintain good communication and relations with Kastam, Imigresen, Polis Bantuan, and the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Act as the primary liaison for all interactions with these authorities, resolving any issues that may arise during transportation. Supervise all timekeepers on duty, ensuring accurate tracking of bus movements and ensuring that schedules are adhered to. Prepare and submit reports to the supervisor on duty regarding bus movements, timekeeping, and any incidents or issues. Ensure all operational documentation is accurately maintained and readily accessible for review. Qualifications: Proven experience in transport coordination or supervision, preferably in a cross-border context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
