Creation and perform periodic updates to PFMEA as per requirement of products. 12. Direct involvement with customer on external CAPA closure including deep root cause analysis. 13. Internal CAPA & Audit closure with more autonomy on assembly process and design. 14. Conduct training for Production Supervisor / Leader in the use and applications of various assembly, tools and process. 16. Engage in problem solving activity, implement corrective actions and effectively communicate those actions to all required personnel. 18. Lead Project improvement on LEAN, cost saving, process, technology, machine, automation and others. 19. ICRF on BOM structure, assembly process ans tools, equipment, machine jigs and fixture changes for traceability and documentation purpose. 20. Understanding of product functionality and requirements to ensure value-added activities is given to customer. 21. Perform Failure Analysis and DOE on material defects induced by customer, supplier and internal process. 22. Oversee and lead Senior and Junior engineer on FA/NPI activities especially on DFA and jig and fixture design. 23. Lead and oversee best practice proliferation to entire department and company. 24. Oversee and perform FA and DOE on material defects induced by customer, supplier and internal process. 25. Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules. 26. Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as will as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
