Customer Quality Engineer

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, concerns, and issues. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their quality expectations, address inquiries, and provide timely updates on resolution progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor for quality-related matters and fostering open communication. Responsible for handling and reply complaint and CAR from customers in timely manner. Assess product quality by conducting thorough inspections, tests, and validations to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Analyze testing data and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, recommending improvements as needed. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular quality reports to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement. Utilize root cause analysis methodologies to investigate and identify the underlying causes of quality issues reported by customers. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective corrective and preventive actions, ensuring sustainable solutions. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving overall customer satisfaction. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and other quality methodologies to streamline processes and optimize performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive quality improvements.
