Key Responsibilities: - Proactively monitor and manage the procurement of required products to ensure a seamless supply chain process. - Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers on pricing, specifications, and terms to ensure the best value for the company. - Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Match invoices with purchase orders and related documents, then collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing. - To perform any other task and assignment as directed by the management from time to time. What We’re Looking For: - A candidate with at least SPM/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field. - Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a proven track record of success. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. - A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High integrity, with the ability to work independently and contribute to the company’s growth.
