• Work effectively with internal party (Sales, Sales Support, Technical, and Project Management team) and external party (Principals, Partners, Distributors, and Suppliers) to enhance client’s sales and implementation experience • Assist the sales team and channel partners on proposals and solutions to customers, focus on defining new processes and pre-sales demonstration strategies. • Develop excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs. • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application, in providing pre-sales technical assistance and support, product education to prospects, customers and channel partners. • Understand customer's technical issues, in the customer’s vocabulary. • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits customer needs. • Present competitive arguments. • Specify and manage the delivery of consulting services, e.g. in Proof of Concept, installation and configuration, optimization and migration. • Provide On-site and remote paid consulting services to customers as required. • Apply Project Management standards to help ensure customers' success. • Define and refine ongoing pre-sales processes and create effective training documentation, and facilitate cross-team initiatives (conferences, product betas, live online training, etc.) • Monitor current, historical, and predicted future utilization and activities of the pre-sales team. • Coordinate and execute Tender / Quotation submission, Pre-Sales material and other submission activities. • Provide Pre-Sales technical assistance and product education to customers and Channel Partners. • Influence, persuade and negotiate with senior stakeholders in member and customer organizations. • Any other duties as and when required from time to time.
