Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with customers to process orders and manage inquiries.
- Track and monitor sales activities and update CRM systems.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain strong customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and reports.

- Administrative Tasks:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a customer-focused mindset.
