As a Project Manager at Skubbs, you will be tasked to plan, manage and successfully deliver the pipeline of projects in full compliance with the project practices, standards and processes of the Company.

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations such as communicating with stakeholders, update of project status and change, identify and manage risks ensuring project scope, quality, budget and schedule are met.
- Manage the project, stakeholders and risks to ensure that project meets the agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule.
- Track delivery of project targets, cost and time during development, post-development, where desired outcomes and benefits of the project is delivered.
- Manage collaboration and efficiency across the various project teams, tracks and work streams including external stakeholders.
- Support regular reporting to management and key stakeholders on the progress; highlighting risks and propose mitigation actions and follow-up. This includes working closely with project vendor to facilitate and manage respective meeting platforms.
Qualifications Required:
- Solid knowledge and experience in managing IT solutions, including hardware, software, backend systems, and mobile applications.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager for IT-related projects, with a strong focus on backend systems and mobile app development.
- Proven working experience in project management and vendor management, including the successful delivery of digital solutions across multiple domains in public or private sectors.
- In-depth understanding of technology concepts such as software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud computing, and mobile app architecture.
- Strong project management skills, including maintaining and tracking plans, managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, management, and stakeholders, and to clearly explain technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master is an advantage.
