Duties & Responsibilities
1. E-Invoice Management:
- Handle all e-invoice matters, including issuing e-invoices upon customer requests and submitting consolidated e-invoices.
- Verify supplier invoices for e-invoice validity and self-bill if necessary.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Reconcile daily sales against collections and collections against bank statements.
3. Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
4. Reporting:
- Summarize AR and AP transactions and provide weekly reports to HQ.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing is essential.
- Experience in accounting or admin is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, reconciliation, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
