MIS Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful implementations.
- Facilitate user training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to confirm system functionalities meet business requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure it is readily accessible.
- Monitor project rollouts and track user progress, providing ongoing system support and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and user training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with IT systems, support protocols, and maintenance best practices.
