Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mailroom Assistant cum receptionist. This is a dual-role position requiring excellent multitasking and communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, as well as responsible for managing mailroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply inventory.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum SPM or more with good results.
  • Proven experience in reception or mailroom roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in (list required tools/software, e.g., Microsoft Office / Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
