Job Description:
We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Retail Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the appearance of our store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the Store Manager.
- Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with stock take and replenishment activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent (SPM minimum).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
