Warehouse Supervisor

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

· Proactively supervise and responsible for general warehouse operations and its staffs.

· To be accountable for warehouse safety, incoming goods received, inventory control / movements, warehouse facility and improvements.

· To manage the truck traffic / turnaround time, verifying orders accurately loaded and to maintain detailed documentations and record.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

· To supervise and manage safety aspects of all warehouse staffs and take ownership of all Loscam MY-Depots / Warehouses.

· Tracking and coordinating the order receipt, efficient storage and to assist timely delivery of pallets to customers.

· Checking orders, bills, items received, POD / dockets and inventory tracking receipt.

· To ensure all warehouse facility maintenance to be up to date, scheduled pest control service management, gov and authority standards compliance (Bomba / DOSH / JAS etc) ownership.

· Performing daily inspections of the depot / warehouse facility grounds.

· Coordinating and maintaining warehouse fleets (Forklifts / Sweeper machine / and other warehouse facility equipment)

· Communicating and coordinating with internal and other departments. To host any customer visit to warehouse and interface with them to listen and answer queries accordingly.

· To maintain accurate daily and monthly stock take / Inventory count reports. Deriving data and generating daily required reports.

· To measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and staff’s performance.

· Identifying areas of improvement and establish warehouse procedures accordingly and systematically.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
