- To lead and maximize restaurant sales, profit, guest and operational efficiencies through effective people management.
- Coordinate and direct restaurant operations staffing functions in each department.
- Able to lead, coach and supervise a restaurant team.
- Housekeeping duties, maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or Management
- Requirements :
