Working location: Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll.
  • Process and verify payroll, including salary, deductions, and payments.
  • Ensure timely salary payments and compliance with EPF, SOCSO, taxes, and HRDF.
  • Prepare monthly billing and invoicing for clients.
  • Handle supplier and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain and update employee and foreign worker records, including work permits.
  • Assist with onboarding, such as bank account setup and SOCSO registration.
  • Support employee repatriation and government reporting.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD.

This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Requirement:

  • Able to work independently with a positive and responsible attitude.
  • Customer-focused with a pleasant personality.
  • Previous experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and self-confidence.
  • Proactive and able to engage effectively with others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
