Maintenance Technician (Home Repairs)

Job description:

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently, achieving customer and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle all repairs and maintenance within the unit, including new additions or extensions and other properties managed by the company.
• Repair and maintain room facilities, lighting, furniture, and equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of the company's preventive maintenance and repair log systems.
• Prioritize tasks based on guest requests and management needs.
• Keep your supervisor informed about repair status, costs, and when replacement might be necessary.
• Keep updated records in Trello system.
• 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.

Requirements:

• Technician: 1 year (Required)
• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
• Has own transportation (Motorcycle preferred)
• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
