  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

1. Product Development & Innovation

  • Researching market trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Developing and testing new recipes or product formulations.
  • Improving existing products for taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional value.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and R&D teams for product launches.

2. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures during production.
  • Conducting sensory evaluations and quality tests.
  • Ensuring consistency and compliance with internal and external product specifications.
  • Identifying and resolving quality issues.

3. Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensuring products comply with food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
  • Managing documentation for regulatory audits and certifications
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in food laws and regulations.

4. Process Optimization & Production Support

  • Developing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during production.
  • Assisting in the scale-up of new products from pilot to full-scale production.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including product specifications, process flow charts, and test results.
  • Generating reports for product development progress and quality trends.

Requirement:

- Possess at least 3 years’ experience in F&B retail industry

- Preferably with audit or supervisory roles experience

- Possess strong analytical and communication skills

- Strong passion in F&B retail industry, particularly in food producing and baking

- Good knowledge and familiar in food producing and baking

- Require to travel very often

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • F&B retail industry: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
