Requirements:
- Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge in GDS system will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and tours according to client preferences.
- Prepare costings for travel arrangements according to client’s budget.
- Manage and bookings with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
- Review and monitor all travel bookings to ensure all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally. Provide them with information about travel plans and activities.
