RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To handle delivery planning, drivers and tankers.
  • To ensure drivers taking assigned trip on time and resolve any trip issues arise with Customer Sales Support Services team accordingly.
  • To plan tankers or lorries maintenance schedule in place and liaise with Customer Sales Support Service team.
  • To raise up Job Order System for repair or maintenance process with vendor.
  • To update drivers’ availability and notify the Customer Sales Support Service team of any modifications to the trip delivery schedule.
  • To monitor driver’s leave and ensure all leaves are properly recorded in system.
  • To monitor driver trip delivery through GPS system and update to Customer Sales Support Service team on expected time arrival of each delivery.
  • To be responsible in monitoring truck diesel refuelling and compiling physical receipts and segregated into individual lorries or tankers.
  • To ensure all drivers licenses, Port Pass and other documents needed are compliance to regulatory requirement to report on duty.
  • To ensure all drivers conducting daily Post-Drive Check (PDC) before starting their trip.
  • To be responsible in compiling all daily signed Delivery Orders and Weight Tickets from drivers for monthly claims purposes.
  • To lead Driver monthly meeting, Emergency Responses event and incident investigation as and when required.
  • To maintain proper filing for all transport related documents.
  • To liaise with Customer Sales Support team, Process team and warehouse on delivery and quality issues.
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics and Transportations is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle highly confidentiality and sensitive information with extreme discretion.
  • Meticulous in checking up all the documents and can keep an eye on deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
