ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Warehouse Operation will be responsible to manage all areas of the warehouse and fulfilment operations. Main responsibilities are inventory management, to ensure adequate stock level; and also, to monitor order fulfilment process, to ensure all the orders are being processed in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Order fulfilment management for ensuring order deliver to end customer according to timeline
- Familiarise with Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the visibility of business’ entire inventory and manages supply chain fulfilment operations from the fulfilment centre to flagship store.
- Ensures adequate inventory levels by working closely with Operation Manager and Marketing Department in forecasting stock especially during promotion period Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and manage Inventory Management System
- Review current SOP and KPI's and to initial internal and external process to drive improvement
- Work with operations teams, B2B Logistics, 3PL Provider, and shipping carriers to ensure adequate stock and on time delivery
- Assist management team in managing all operation related matters Monitor the movement of all in-coming and out-going stocks in warehouses
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse according to Company's Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensures all the orders are being processed in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating ProceduresEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree Logistics or Warehouse or any business-related field
- Min 1 year experience in warehouse management or ecommerce operational
- Great problem-solving skills and pro-active driven person
- Experience in managing all aspects of supply chain operations would be an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
