Account Executive

Position Summary:

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire two dedicated professionals to support our finance team in a combined Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) role. With our increasing presence in the manufacturing, health supplement, skincare, and multigrain industries, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team at a company that is scaling rapidly. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, supporting our operations as we continue to grow and serve our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and prompt payments to suppliers, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Handle vendor account discrepancies and resolve any issues related to invoices or payments.
• Assist with the monthly and annual closing of AP records, preparing necessary reports for financial statements.

2. Accounts Receivable

• Generate and distribute customer invoices in accordance with product sales and contracts.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any payment discrepancies or shortfalls.
• Provide regular AR reports to senior management, helping to manage cash flow effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries).
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both vendors and customers.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
