Project Sales Executive - Junior | Location: Q Sentral

Company Overview :

The New Roles :

• To assist Project Sales Manager in the entire project sales process.
• To ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the clients and attending to customers’ complaints and concerns.
• Visit customer’s site, attend site meeting to resolve site issues.
• Also work with supplier, contractor and consultant (mandarin speaking is preferred)Produce costing documents, quotation to clients on time
• Coordinate the external scheduling for service/ project works with clients.
• Follow up on job status and completion and send the report, DO and invoice to client on time.
• Report to the Manager on sales prospects, project execution, weekly reviews, payment collection, aftersales service, etc.
• Communicates and works closely with the other departments.
• To take on any other ad hoc projects as and when assigned by the Manager and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales related position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in sales and with basic understanding of procurement.
