Job Scope

1) The role has the overall responsibility of providing day-to-day accounting operation, support and control through the task outlined below.

2) Assist Senior/ Manager in prepare revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.

3) To supervise and coordinate activities in maintaining and processing various accounting and financial records associated with billing, billing revenue, collection and record keeping activities.

4) To review, separate and route account payment; verify posting for accuracy and completeness; review receipts or invoices for proper filing.

5)Assist Senior/ Manager the compilation of financial and accounting statement and reports involving considerable arithmetical computations.

6) Assist Senior/ Manager on financial reports and statements for utilization by higher management.

7) To maintain interface with department personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

8) Timely closing and preparation of monthly and year end P&L, BS and Cashflow. Handling and reconciliation of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Journal Entries. Daily Bank reconciliations with Bank-ins slips, credit note, etc.

9) To coordinate the office admin matters.

10) Assist with pursuing overdue debtors.

11) Supervision, budget projection, statistical reporting, data entry, accounting/ bookkeeping.

12) Billing/collections and correspondence.

13) Contribute to office initiatives, activities, and philanthropy efforts.

14) Others - assist with mail opening, donations, and debtors subscription banking processes, office admin, and handle incoming calls as required.

15) To perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

16) All your work are compulsory save in the company’s server and follow SUA ISO procedure.

17) To complete any ad-hoc tack given by the company

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Familiar with MYOB Accounting Software.
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • Knowledge in SQL would be added advantage
  • Candidate who is excellent in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Computer proficiency - MS Office and Email Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with less supervisory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
