Hiring Technical Support, Onsite
Job Scope:
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers via phone, email, chat and onsite service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Assist in system installations, updates and maintenance.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Requirement:
- Strong technical knowledge of hot kitchen equipment is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Great communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in technical support or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
