Junior QS/Assisstant Project Manager/Site Supervisor

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in taking off quantity, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, sub-contractors award, and final account.
• Assisting in tender pricing and documents.
• Assisting in surveying price material in the market and making comparisons.
• Assisting in Pre/Post contract operations and contract administration.
• Assisting in liaising with stakeholders on specifications, needs, and request statements, information collection, and confirmation.
• To assist the Project Team, Management, and/or the Project Director in contractual and cost-related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
• Supervising certain sites depending on the project and reporting daily.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in related fields.
• At least 1 years of working experience in either ID/civil/M&E engineering and building works.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Basic beginner skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCad.
• Experience in supervising Interior Renovation/Carpenter Works/Construction projects will be an added advantage.
• A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work in outstations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• We have 30 years of experience working with TNB.
• We are willing to train individuals who are interested and keen to learn about renovation and ID works.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Candidates must be willing to travel around the Malaysian Peninsular and have their own transport.
• We provide outstation allowance, reimbursements for petrol, tolls, parking, and medical expenses (if you supervise site)
• Probation period is 3 or 6 months, depending on the candidate's performance.
• Notice Period: 1 - 3month maximum
• Mostly, work will be in the office, but depending on the project, candidates are expected to supervise on-site.
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, half-day on Saturday.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
