GENERAL MAINTENANCE
- Plan, implement and administer an ongoing service and maintenance program
- Do regular checks and up keep of all air-conditioning units as and when required
- Understand the electrical and mechanical systems of the hotel in order to efficiently maintain the system
- Perform general maintenance (including painting works, repairs of furniture and equipment) of the hotel as and when necessary and required
-Ensure that any tests and inspections required on hotel properly and equipment by statutory authorities are carried out as and when required and that all records and documentation associated with such tests and surveys are correctly kept and/or displayed. Ensure that the hotel fulfils all compliance requirements.
-· Ensure the quality of all work completed by external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice.
-·Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Electrical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
