  • Preparing shipping documents (i.e. commercial invoices, packing list, consignment notes, airway bills etc.)
  • Follow up and track suppliers’ orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Receiving new shipments and deliveries of products as well as checking them for accuracy and completeness
  • Plan shipments based on product availability and sales persons requests
  • Arranging shipments, logistics and to track and trace consignments/shipments
  • Assist in maintaining stock inventories
  • Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Logistics: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
