Job purpose
The key responsibilities are assisting Senior HR Executive in daily task regarding payroll, HR operation and others
Duties and responsibilities
- Answering related HR queries and providing ad-hoc advice and information to the employees and management.
- Process and check employees' attendance and manage leave records.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Prepare weekly administrative reports and update reports as and when needed.
- To support in any other HR & admin tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related.
- Possess at least 1 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace working environment.
- Knowledge of using accounting software (SQL)
- Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
- Computer literate especially Microsoft Office related program such as Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and be able to think out of the box.
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
