Job purpose

The key responsibilities are assisting Senior HR Executive in daily task regarding payroll, HR operation and others

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answering related HR queries and providing ad-hoc advice and information to the employees and management.
  • Process and check employees' attendance and manage leave records.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Prepare weekly administrative reports and update reports as and when needed.
  • To support in any other HR & admin tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related.
  • Possess at least 1 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace working environment.
  • Knowledge of using accounting software (SQL)
  • Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
  • Computer literate especially Microsoft Office related program such as Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and be able to think out of the box.
  • Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Human resources: 1 year (Required)

  • English (Required)
