Job Summary: Warehouse Assistant
The Warehouse Assistant will support both administrative and operational functions within the company. This role involves coordinating daily operations, maintaining office records, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in the daily operations of the business, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases for operational processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, office supplies and assist with stock management.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle delivery scheduling.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bahasa)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point) and basic office equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory control software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in admin or operations roles is a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
