We are seeking a highly skilled Fine Dining Butler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in an upscale dining environment. The Fine Dining Butler will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication abilities are a must. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
  • We're looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Being open to working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • There are no specific requirements for educational background.
  • Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess a charming character that adds to the welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere of a fine dining restaurant.
  • Open to Malaysians only.

Responsibility

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a positive demeanor.
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries and menu guidance.
  • Coordinating with waitstaff for smooth service flow.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest concerns, special requests or complaints.
  • Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Ensuring a timely turnover of tables.
  • Updating the reservation system and adhering to policies.
  • Contributing to a memorable dining experience.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
