Job Description:

  • Responsible for daily accounting functions, update and maintain accurate data input into accounting system.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties to support the operations team
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner (if any)
  • To provide general administrative, clerical support, including filing, document management.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by HOD or management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in accounting field is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Priority shall be given to those that can start work immediately.
  • Position available: Contract (3 months)
  • Able to work : Weekdays - Monday - Friday
