  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at our beautiful Cherating location. In this role, you will be the key to creating a serene and luxurious experience for our guests, providing top-tier massage and beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.) and beauty treatments (facials, body scrubs, etc.) tailored to guest needs.
  • Recommend personalized treatments to enhance guest satisfaction and relaxation.
  • Cultivate a tranquil atmosphere, ensuring a memorable spa experience for every guest.
  • Educate guests on treatment benefits and provide expert aftercare advice.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth daily operations.
  • Support spa promotions and contribute to retail product sales, enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Aesthetic qualifications and training in various treatments are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in cosmetology or other spa-related fields will be a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills.
