Work you’ll do
The key roles and responsibilities are to support our Business Units in their branding, communications, business development, and other strategic initiatives across Southeast Asia, including the following activities:
- Building strong and lasting relations with key business stakeholders
- Being a brand ambassador and ensure brand compliance for all Go-To-Market activities
- Facilitating the production of marketing materials and other collaterals (e.g., brochures, flyers) in collaboration with in-house designers
- Writing and copy-editing external and internal communications
- Supporting events/seminars, including working with internal teams and external vendors
- Supporting eMarketing initiatives such as setting-up websites and running digital campaigns
- Performing any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned to support business growth

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in Clients & Markets/ Communication/ Stakeholder Managament/ Business Development related role
- At least a Degree holder in relevant field or have the appropriate background and working experience
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Possess strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly
- Attention to detail in the quality of work
- Excellent business writing skills and strong Microsoft Office applications knowledge (such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
