Senior Account Receivable Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and monitor incoming payment.
• Collect on accounts by sending ageing and communication with sales person via phone or email.
• Generate monthly or quarterly statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Issue Credit and debit note when necessary.
• Follow up on collections, communicate with customer via phone or email
• Assist in year-end audit
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercises

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years working experience in finance and accounting, working in FMCG or related environment is an added advantage.

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Good accounting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
