  • QUOTATION FOLLOW UP
  • Service to Dealer , Agent , Corporate Client etc
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • Required Skill(s): , good communication skill in between customer and production, follow up with customer on any changes , .
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • 5 days work 8.30am -6.30pm.

Responsibility

  • Reply quotation by whatapp, email .
  • communicate with designer on customer artwork , take order confirmation.
  • Log in job /order using SQL Accounting.
  • Highly persuasive and comfortable in handling customer queries and objections
  • Consult and assist customer on thier purchases
  • Handle all pre-sales and post -sales matters
  • servicing existing client and prospecting for new customers.
  • Communicate with production on the order matters.
