OUR COMPANY
We are one of the leaders in managed healthcare services in Malaysia and a subsidiary of Japanese MNC.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis
- Prepare journals and other documents for posting into accounting system
- Update payments and collections in cashbook
- Assist in banking matters – monitoring of bank balances, bank reconciliations, bank guarantees applications
- Verify supplier invoices and other expenses claims for payments
- Responsible for fixed asset register
- Assist in preparation of schedules and analysis for annual audit and tax submission
- Assist in any other finance and administration task
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
- Fresh graduates may apply for this position
- Those with partial qualification (Diploma in Accounting, part ACCA) can be considered but would require 2 years working experience
OTHER SKILLS
- Good knowledgeable of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Pro-active team player and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good command of English (written and oral)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
