  • To ensure smooth running of the department and able to solve any problems arise related to manpower.
  • To undertake jobs as assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • To sort and distribute pay-slip and bank-slip for all employees.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all internal & external training.
  • Responsible for overall work quality in all department.
  • Understanding and executing staff’s requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments. Attending / understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, 5s, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Responsible to source candidates via recruitment agencies, job online advertisement etc.
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Issuing Letter of Offer/Appointment letter/Confirmation letter and other HR related documents to the selected candidate.
  • HR shall responsible to update and maintain the record of time management of the company.
  • Maintain employees’ annual leave and medical leave record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism /overtime record and report to Accounts Executive.
  • Responsible to handle employee’s claim such as medical insurance policies and SOCSO. Update and maintain proper filling for all the related documents.
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee about rules and regulations of the company.
  • Responsible to setting thumbprint machine and assign new code to new employee.
  • Responsible to file in all the resignation letter from resigned employees.
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.
  • Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties. To prepare all related training’s document compliance to ISO and IATF standard.
  • Update employee’s personal file, personal record & salary record.
  • Responsible to calculate and record time management.
  • To prepare monthly payroll summary, pay-slips as required by EPF & other statutory bodies.
  • To maintain exceptional housekeeping standards within the work place at all times;
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Deal and contact with customers, professional and bankers – via emails and/or phone, when necessary.
  • To entertain customer or supplier when they come to company.
  • As a Administrative staff divide responsibilities to ensure performance good.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence ( e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place presentations/proposal as assigned.
  • Ad -hoc duties assigned from company from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
