Contract Customer Service
- Brief description
The position of Customer service refers to the assistance an organisation offers to its customers before or after they buy or use products or services. Customer service includes actions such as offering product suggestions, troubleshooting issues and complaints, or responding to general questions.
- Tasks
-Maintain customer accounts and record account information.
_Oversee customer financial accounts and process customer adjustments.
_Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
_Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure they meet monthly quotas.
_Follow communication guidelines, policies and procedures.
_Upgrade and cancel customer accounts by customer request.
_Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
_Reach out to customers via email and telephone to verify account information.
_Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases or service.
_Assist customers in placing orders, fulfilling refunds and handling exchanges.
_Oversee product recalls.
_Use sales computer technology to maintain customer records and orders.
_Cold call potential customers.
Inform existing customers of promotions and deals.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
