Responsibilities

  • Be our Analyst in our Business Banking Operations - Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
  • Collaborate with product, customer experience and business to create a robust operation process that delight our customers where it matters most.
  • Use advanced data analytics to explore operations issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for efficiency improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations comply with the regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Leverage technology to drive a high degree of digitalisation and scalability.
  • Analyse potential pitfalls across the process cycle for product launches and system roll out, which may impact operations effectiveness.
  • Drive higher degree of effectiveness of control measures. Use big data analysis to discover patterns and potential hot spots
  • Process deposit and loan application, closely follow up on customer submissions until opening of business account or disbursement of the loans are completed.
  • Process all internal operations related to MSME banking on our digital platform transaction processing, and ad-hoc handling.
  • To achieve satisfactory completion rate of all assigned tasks on MSME products

The must haves:

  • Process Management - Ability to streamline processes and workflows for MSME banking operations, leveraging digital journey coupled with manual handling techniques to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Issue Resolution - Act as a point of escalation for complex customer edge-cases, complaints, and operational issues, providing timely and effective resolution to maintain high levels of outcome
  • Collaboration -Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, business, and customer service, to align MSME banking operations with overall business objectives and strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on MSME segment.
  • Strong understanding of MSME banking processes and procedures, with experience in manual handling within a digital banking environment.
  • Possess prior experience and exposure in processing of business loan applications, will be an added advantage & preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing MSME banking operations.
  • Credit Analyst and Risk Management background will be a plus point for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
